Our own products are the practice. We bring the same stack, tooling, and taste to a small number of client builds each year, around five, so each one gets senior attention the whole way through. A typical engagement runs 6 to 14 weeks with a working demo every week.

How does a Concept211 engagement work?

It starts with a scope call and ends with a handoff. In between you see working software every week: a demo or a report you can actually poke at, not a status update. Nothing gets saved up for a reveal at the end. We reply to new project enquiries within 24 hours, and the first conversation is about whether the thing is worth building at all. If we are the wrong shop for it, we would rather say so in week one than in week nine.

How long does a build take?

Six to fourteen weeks from first scope to handoff. The short end is a focused tool or an alerting pipeline. The long end is a full application with a model in the loop and an admin surface behind it. Anything we think will run past fourteen weeks, we break into phases and scope the first one, because a six-month estimate on a project nobody has started yet is just a guess with a number on it.

What happens after handoff?

You get the code, the runbooks, and a system your team can run without us. The runbooks are the part people skip: how the thing works, how to deploy it, and what to do when it breaks at 3am. We stay available for follow-on work. We do not build in a dependency on us to keep it running.

How many projects do you take on?

About five a year. That is the number that lets senior people stay on a build from scope to handoff instead of handing it down after kickoff. We have shipped more than 180 client projects since 1999, so this is a choice about attention, not availability.

What do you build on?

Laravel and Next.js on the web, wired to the OpenAI and Anthropic APIs where a model earns its place. Node.js, TypeScript, and Playwright for real-time and automation work. C#, .NET 8, WPF, and WebView2 for native Windows. It is the same stack behind our own five products, which is the only reason we recommend it: we run it in production every day, so the failure modes are ones we have already hit.

What proof is there that any of this works?

Three of our own products are written up as case studies with the numbers attached: building ConceptSEO, the CarSnipe alert engine, and getting the Hyperliquid Guide cited in AI search. Each one names what was measured and with which tool, so you can check rather than take our word for it.
